The Nu’ Skyn Experience Spa At The Nu’ Skyn Experience, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We value your time and ask that you respect ours in return. Booking Policy A valid card is required to secure all appointments. Some advanced or specialty services may require a non-refundable deposit at booking. Cancellation Policy We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% service charge. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee. No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Multiple no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to respect the next client’s appointment. Full service fees still apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will fall under the cancellation policy. Emergency Considerations We understand life happens. Medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
